Resolution No.'93-03 <br />-- Page Two <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council hereby requests that the DTSC act <br /> without delay to review and approve the Alameda County <br /> Hazardous Waste Management Plan that was submitted to the <br /> DTSC on May 10, 1992, and that the DTSC review and <br /> approve the hazardous waste management plans already <br /> submitted by other Bay Area counties, and that the DTSC <br /> act to review and approve other county hazardous waste <br /> management plans within 90 days of their submittal. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Council further resolves to support sponsors <br /> of legislation requiring 90 day review and action by the <br /> DTSC on county hazardous waste management plans with a <br /> proviso that DTSC nonaction results in automatic approval <br /> of county hazardous management plans. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 5, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peg~E~zidr~, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
