,~Z CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-03 1 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF GEORGE MARMENT FOR <br /> REZONING AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, <br /> AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 24, 1999, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of George Marment for (1) rezoning of an <br /> approximately 3,764 square foot portion of an approximately 11,915 square foot <br /> parcel from the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development-High Density Residential) <br /> District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit Development-Office) District; (2) rezoning of <br /> the remaining 8, 151 square feet of the same parcel from the O (Office) District to <br /> the PUD-O (Planned Unit Development-Office) District; and (3) PUD <br /> development plan approval to construct a two-story, approximately 4,240 square <br /> foot office building located at 201 Old Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 29, 1999, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
