,~Z CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 99-03 1 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF GEORGE MARMENT FOR REZONING AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-22 WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 24, 1999, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of George Marment for (1) rezoning of an approximately 3,764 square foot portion of an approximately 11,915 square foot parcel from the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development-High Density Residential) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit Development-Office) District; (2) rezoning of the remaining 8, 151 square feet of the same parcel from the O (Office) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit Development-Office) District; and (3) PUD development plan approval to construct a two-story, approximately 4,240 square foot office building located at 201 Old Bernal Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 29, 1999, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
