CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-025 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR VARIOUS FEES CHARGED <br /> BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) lists fees and charges for the City of <br /> Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 16, 1999, the City Council received the Staff Report <br /> (SR 99:75) of the Director of Building Inspection recommending an amendment to <br /> the fee schedule to provide for new plan check fees for plumbing, mechanical and <br /> electrical permits and amend various fees (micro film, fast track plan checking, <br /> plan check copy model fee, building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical permit <br /> fees); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section IV, Building Inspection Department, of the Master Fee Schedule is <br /> amended to read as set forth in the attached exhibit. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 16, 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
