CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-027 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF DALE MORRIS TO REZONE <br /> AN APPROXIMATELY 7,500 SQ.FT. LOT LOCATED AT 141 <br /> RAY STREET, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-98-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 16, 1999, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of Dale Morris to rezone an approximately 7,500 <br /> sq.fi. lot located at 141 Ray Street from the RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) <br /> District to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 17, 1998, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
