,~~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-009 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> GREENBRIAR SYCAMORE VALLEY COMPANY FOR A <br /> MASTER CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE UP-98-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Greenbriar Sycamore Valley Company has applied for a master conditional use <br /> permit to allow detached second units to be offered as a builder option in addition <br /> to the previously approved attached second units for the proposed development <br /> located at 530, 720, and 838 Sycamore Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR/A (Low <br /> Density Residential/Agricultural) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on January 5, 1999 <br /> and February 2, 1999, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were <br /> reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed master use permit for the second <br /> units is appropriate and is consistent with the approval of similar use permits for <br /> other similar projects. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section l: Approves Case UP-98-19, the application of Greenbriar Sycamore Valley <br /> Company for a master conditional use permit to allow detached second units to be <br /> offered as a builder option in addition to the previously approved attached second <br /> units for the proposed development located at 530, 720, and 838 Sycamore Road, <br /> subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and made a part of <br /> this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
