~,~I~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-118 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MT. <br /> DIABLO NATIONAL BANK FOR CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT AND DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE UP-98-21/Z-98-149 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mt. Diablo National Bank has applied for conditional use permit and design <br /> review approvals to construct a 29-space parking lot at 4287 Stanley Boulevard for <br /> use by Mt. Diablo National Bank employees and other employees working in the <br /> building located at 992 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on August 18, <br /> 1998, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed project, as conditioned, is <br /> appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case UP-98-21 and Z-98-149, the application of Mt. Diablo National <br /> Bank for conditional use permit and design review approvals to construct a <br /> 29-space parking lot at 4287 Stanley Boulevard for use by Mt. Diablo National <br /> Bank employees and other employees working in the building located at 992 Main <br /> Street, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and made a <br /> pan of this case by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 18, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
