WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-015 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1998-99 FIRST QUARTER <br />FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> <br />each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br />any staff recommendations for budget amendments or actions needed; and <br /> <br />staff presented to Council such a report (SR 99:56) for the first quarter of the fiscal <br />year ending June 30, 1999; and <br /> <br />as a result of the first quarter financial review, staff made recommendations as <br />outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Operating Budget amendments outlined in Appendix B are approved. <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />The Capital Improvement Budget amendments outlined in Appendix C are <br />approved. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption <br />in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation, published and <br />circulated in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
