CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-42 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND QUARTER 1993-94 <br /> FINANCIAL REPORT AND MIDYEAR REVIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br /> any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrections or <br /> actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 94: 100) for the second quarter of <br /> 1993-94, a copy of which is attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the second quarter marks the midyear point, and therefore, staff performed a <br /> more thorough "Midyear Review"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of that review, staff made numerous recommendations for budget <br /> amendments as outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, TI-IF~REFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the 1993-94 Operating Budget be amended as outlined in Attachment A <br /> (Overview of Recommended Midyear Adjustments by Fund). <br /> <br />S~ction 2: That funding sources for the expenditures for the Harvest Park Gym, the <br /> Operations Service Center and the Senior Center be allocated among the 1988 <br /> Certificates of Participation (COP) proceeds, the 1991 COP proceeds, and the <br /> General Fund Capital Project Fund; so that the COP proceeds are expended <br /> before the General Fund dollars. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HERF~RY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOFrED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 19, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATFEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy~,SLf,/E~clr~, Cityc~Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
