accounts and subaccounts as are necessary to account for the various zones of the City under <br />applicable City rules and procedures. <br /> <br /> Section 3.05. Receipt and Deposit of Revenues. <br /> <br /> - The City covenants and agrees that all Revenues, when and as received, will be <br />received and held by the City in trust hereunder and will be deposited by the City with the <br />Director of Finance in the Water Revenue Fund and will be accounted for through and held in <br />trust in the Water Revenue Fund; provided, that the City may withdraw such amounts in the <br />Water Revenue Fund as may be necessary to make refunds for amounts paid in advance for <br />Water Service, which such Water Service was not thereafter made available or provided. All <br />Net Revenues, whether held by the City as trustee or deposited with the Director of Finance or <br />the Trustee, shall nevertheless be disbursed, allocated and applied solely to the uses and <br />purposes hereinafter in this Article III set forth, and shall be accounted for separately and <br />apart from all other money, funds, accounts or other resources of the City. <br /> <br /> Section 3.06. Establishment and Maintenance of Accounts for Revenues; <br /> Use and Withdrawal of Revenues. <br /> <br /> All Revenues in the Water Revenue Fund shall be set aside by the Director of <br /> Finance or deposited by the Director of Finance with the Trustee, or the trustee or fiscal agent <br /> with respect to the Bonds and Parity Bonds, as the case may be, as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Revenue Payment Fund Deposit. On or before each Installment <br /> Payment Date, the City shall, from the money in the Revenue Fund,. deposit with the <br /> Trustee in the Installment Payment Fund a sum equal to the amount of interest becoming <br /> due and payable hereunder on the next succeeding Interest Payment Date, and, on or <br /> before each Installment Date prior to May 1, beginning in April, 199_, the City shall, from <br /> the money in the Revenue Fund, deposit with the Trustee in the Installment Payment Fund <br /> a sum equal to the amount of principal becoming due and payable hereunder on the next <br /> succeeding May 1, except that no such deposit need be made if the Trustee then holds <br /> money in the Installment Payment Fund equal to the amount of interest becoming due and <br /> payable hereunder on the next succeeding Interest Payment Date, as the case may be, plus <br /> the amount of principal becoming due and payable hereunder on the next succeeding <br /> May 1; and all money on deposit in the Installment Payment Fund on each Installment <br /> Payment Date shall be used to make and satisfy the Installment Payment due on such date. <br /> <br /> (b) Reserve Fund Deposit. On or before the last Business Day of each <br /> April and October, beginning in October, 1994, the City shall, from the remaining money <br /> on deposit in the Revenue Fund, deposit with the Trustee in the Reserve Fund of that sum, <br /> if any, necessary to restore the Reserve Fund to an amount equal to the Reserve <br /> Requirement, except that no such deposit need be made if the Trustee then holds money in <br /> the Reserve Fund equal to the Reserve Requirement. All money in the Reserve Fund shall <br /> be used and withdrawn by the Trustee solely for making the deposits required by this <br /> Section to be made into the Installment Payment Fund in the event there is insufficient <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> 9406701W.
