"Revenues" means all gross income and revenue received or receivable by the City from the ownership and operation of the Enterprise, calculated in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including all rates, fees and charges received by the City for Water Service and all other income and revenue howsoever derived by the City from the Enterprise or arising from the Enterprise; provided, however, that any specific charges levied for the express purpose of reimbursing others for all or a portion of the cost of the acquisition or construction of specific facilities, other than the Project, are not Revenues and are not subject to the lien of the Trust Agreement. "Trust Agreement" means the Trust Agreement, dated as of May 1, 1994, between the Authority and First Trust California, as Trustee. "Water Revenue Fund" means the Water Revenue Clearing Fund of the City. "Water Service" means the water service made available or provided by the Enterprise. ARTICLE II ACQUISITION OF THE PROJECT Section 2.01. Acquisition of the Proiect. The Authority agrees to use or permit the use of the proceeds of the Bonds for the payment, as herein provided, of the costs and expenses of the Acquisition of the Project and the expenses incidental thereto (including reimbursement to the City for any such costs or expenses paid by it for the account of the Authority, including costs and expenses paid by the City prior to the date hereof). To provide moneys for the Acquisition of the Project, the Authority agrees to sell and hereby sells the Project to the City, and the City agrees to purchase and hereby purchases the Project from the Authority. Payment of the costs and expenses of the Acquisition of the Project, including incidental expenses, shall be from money deposited as hereinafter provided with the Trustee at the principal corporate trust office of the Trustee in San Francisco, Califomia, with such payments to be made solely upon requisitions therefor filed with the Trustee by the City as the agent of the Authority for the account of the Authority as set forth in Section 3.03 of the Trust Agreement.
