2. Support local, cosponsored arts groups by allowing their <br /> priority use of the facility at the most reasonable <br /> rental rates possible. <br /> <br /> 3. Further enhance the cultural life of the community by <br /> attracting other performing arts companies and artists of <br /> regional and national significance to use the facility at <br /> reasonable rates. <br /> <br />In order to achieve these goals, the fee structure for Amador <br />Theater will be based upon the following objectives. <br /> <br /> 1. Dedicate and book at least 150 days to revenue-generating <br /> uses and activities. <br /> <br /> 2. Structure the overall fee schedule to recover, on <br /> average, at least 50% of the direct operating costs <br /> associated with all revenue generating days. <br /> <br /> 3. Structure the overall fee schedule to recover, on <br /> average, at least 30% of the total yearly direct <br /> operating expenses of the theater. <br /> <br /> 4. Achieve Objectives 2 and 3 by implementing a sliding fee <br /> scale based upon the following minimum expectations: <br /> <br /> A. Cosponsored Groups - <br /> Lowest rate of recovery <br /> 50% average recovery of daily operating expense <br /> <br /> B. Non-Cosponsored Local Groups and Citizens - <br /> Low rate of recovery <br /> 55% Average recovery of daily operating expense <br /> <br /> C. Nonlocal, Nonprofit Arts Organizations <br /> Higher rate of recovery <br /> ..' 65% Average recovery of daily operating expense <br /> <br /> D.
