Senior Center The Senior Center has four categories of fees: Category A allows those uses benefitting seniors to be given favored status. The recommended change provides one basic fee for kitchen use rather than an hourly fee. Chronic problems have resulted from lessees unrealistic assessment of when the kitchen would be needed. Staff believes a flat fee for kitchen use will result in better service, more satisfied customers and fewer last minute requests to add kitchen hours.
