Chronic problems have resulted from lessees
unrealistic assessment of when the kitchen would be needed. Staff
believes a flat fee for kitchen use will result in better service, more
satisfied customers and fewer last minute requests to add kitchen hours.
The recommended change will have minimal effect on total revenue.

Priority Classifications and Fees for Gym Use

The priority classification is consistent with that of other
City facilities.
No chanqes proposed
Fee/Hour Fee/Hour
1 Gym 2 Gyms

A.
