CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-39 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-99 (FEE <br /> POLICY) AND RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 (MASTER FEE <br /> SCHEDULE) TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR RECREATIONAL <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-99 (Fee Policy) and Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee <br /> Schedule are the present repositories for listing of fees and charges for the City <br /> of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 19, 1994, the City Council received the Staff Report <br /> (SR 94:111) of the Director of Parks and Community Services recommending <br /> adoption of updated fees for the department's activities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Fees and Charges Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />S~tion 2: Authorizes staff to adjust existing fees and charges for services and facilities up <br /> to 20 % without resubmitting the change to the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new programs/classes at a fee based on the cost of <br /> service or established guidelines and that fees for such programs or classes be <br /> submitted to the Council for approval within a one year period from initiation of <br /> the class or program. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Recreation Senior Supervisors or the Director of Parks and <br /> Community Services to enter into agreements for program services. <br /> <br /> <br />
