CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-33 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> FIXING SALAlilFS AND BENEFITS FOR MANAGEMENT <br />" AND CONFIDENTIAL PERSONNEL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, NOT INCLUDING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> AND CITY ATTORNEY, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 92-188 AND AMENDING THE BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the establishment and designation of certain <br /> employees as management and confidential employees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended salary ranges and supplementary benefits for <br /> the period September 1, 1993 through August 31, 1996 for management and <br /> confidential employees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Counc~ has previously, by Resolution No. 92-188, adopted a <br /> compensation plan for management and confidential employees, which resolution <br /> should now be repealed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Amends the management and confidential employees compensation plan as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Adopts the revised management and confidential employees compensation <br /> plan document attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> 2. Includes within the Compensation Plan the revised management base <br /> salary plan, attached hereto and marked Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> 3. Includes with the Compensation Plan the revised salary range of <br /> confidential employees, attached hereto and market Exhibit C. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The 1993-94 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. <br /> Section 3: Resolution No. 92-188 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> <br />
