36.5 Uniforms <br /> <br /> By ~une 1~ 1994 the City shall have studied the feasibility of <br /> uniformed maintenance employees represented b the PCF~ wearing <br /> shorts under certain circumstances while on du~y. The results of <br /> the study will be discussed with representatives of the PCF~. <br /> <br />36.6 Sick Leave/Lon~ Term Disability <br /> <br /> Representatives of the City and the PCE~shallundertake a stud to <br /> investi ate alternatives/modifications to the followin benefits <br /> rovideX in the PCF~MemorandumoZ Understandin 7 paid ~ck leave7 <br /> Yon term disability7 bereavement leave; Zamil ~eave7 and extended <br /> medical leave. Said study shall be complsted~y November 1, 1995. <br /> Only those alternatives/modifications agreed to between the City <br /> and the PCF~ shall be implemented. <br /> <br />36.7 F~exible SDendinQ ~ccounts <br /> <br /> The City shall study the feasibility of implementing flexible <br /> spending accounts for PCEA employees in accordance with the <br /> revisions of IRS Code 123. Expenses included in the program shall <br /> Ynclude eli ibis child care and medical expenses. The completed <br /> study will ~e presented to the PCEA not later than November 1, <br /> 1994. Im lementatlon of the flexible spending account program <br /> shall not ~e automatic, but shall be dependent upon the agreement <br /> between the City and the PCEA. <br /> <br />36,8 Commercial Drivers License <br /> <br /> Emplo sos required to possess commercial drivers licenses will be <br /> provided reasonable time off with pay to take medical and drivers <br /> examinations required to attain/maintain said license upon the <br /> approval of their supervisor. . <br /> <br />36.9 Discrimination Complaint Process <br /> <br /> On or before November 1, 1994, representatives of the Cit and the <br /> PCE~ shall meet and confer regarding revised proceXures to <br /> investigate/resolve complaints of alle ed discrimination.
