CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 94-28 RESOLUTION AMF~NDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 TO ESTABLISH A TItREF,-WAY STOP AT STONERIDGE MALL ROAD AND SPRINGDALE AVENUE WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City SWeets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 1, 1994, the City Council received and discussed a report (SR 94:64) from the Director of Public Works related to a request to establish a three-way stop at the intersection of Stoneridge Mall Road and Springdale Avenue; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsections 3s-15 and 3s-16; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVF~ AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections to Section 3 (Stop Intersections): 3s-15 Springdale Avenue, at Stoneridge Mall Road; stopping traffic on Springdale Avenue. 3s-16 Stoneridge Mall Road, at Springdale Avenue; stopping traffic on Stoneridge Mall Road in both directions. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
