CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br /> NO. 005 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEM'F~NT <br /> NO. SLTPP-Sl01 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Program Supplement No. 005 to Local Agency- <br /> State Agreement No. SLTPP-5101 for roadway reconstruction of Main Street <br /> from BenaM Avenue to Del Valle Parkway, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />~: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 1, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> id o, <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
