CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-19 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING LOIS LUTZ AS <br /> PLEASANTON'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE SOUTH <br /> LIVERMORE VALLEY AGRICULTURAL LAND TRUST <br /> STEERING COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the South Livermore Valley Area Plan establishes mitigation fees which are to be <br /> used by a Land Trust to implement the goals and policies of the plan for <br /> preservation and encouragement of intensively cultivated agricultural land in the <br /> South Livermore area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in <br /> serving on the Board of Directors of the South Livermore Land Trust Steering <br /> Committee and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby appoints Lois Lutz as Heasanton's representative on the <br /> Board of Directors of the South Livermore Valley Agricultural Land Trust. The <br /> Board shall draw lots to determine the split of terms for the initial Board, with <br /> four Directors serving the established four-year term and three Directors serving <br /> an initial two year term. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 15, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy q-,.~ L~fdro, CSrty Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
