CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-16 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST QUARTER 1993-94 <br /> REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br /> any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrections or <br /> actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 94:33) for the first quarter of <br /> 1993-94; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of that review, staff made several recommendations for budget <br /> amendments as outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Decrease General Fund revenue projections by $500,000, to reflect state <br /> budgetary and other actions. <br /> <br />Section 2: Amend the budgets of all Funds to replace estimated July 1, 1993 beginning fund <br /> balances with actual June 30, 1993 ending fund balances. <br /> <br />Section 3: Increase Park Dedications In Lieu Fee projections by $177,450 to reflect new fees <br /> adopted in November 1993. <br /> <br />Section 4: Increase the appropriation for DSR~D sewer treatment costs by $345,000, to <br /> correct a calculation error made at the time the budget was originally. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 1, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pie. o, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Peg~y(-/~ lg~idr~ <br /> / ~l <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
