Resolution No. 94-13 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br />SectiOn 2: The mission of the Affordable Housing Task Force is to provide guidance, <br /> information and advice to the City Council towards the development of a specific <br /> affordable housing project. Towards that end, the Affordable Housing Task <br /> Force will focus on reviewing the proposed affordable housing project planned <br /> for Case Avenue. The Task Force shall prepare a report including <br /> recommendations relative to a preferred site, mix of income levels, type and <br /> density of the project, number of units, ownership and/or rental tenure of the <br /> units, preliminary architectural design and a proposed financing package including <br /> the extent of the City's participation in the financing of the project. In <br /> formulating its recommendations, the Task Force shall consider all types of <br /> projects, income levels, designs and financing options for a project located on <br /> Case Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Affordable Housing Task Force shall be comprised of 13 members listed on <br /> Exhibit "A" attached to this Resolution. Said members and membership shall <br /> remain in force during the entire life of the Task Force. <br /> <br />Section 4: The Task Force shall meet periodically as deemed appropriate by the City <br /> Council and/or the City Manager. The Task Force shall continue to meet on a <br /> periodic basis until a final report has been submitted to the City Council relative <br /> to the aforementioned affordable housing project on Case Avenue, at which time <br /> the Task Force will be disbanded. <br /> <br />SectiOn 5: Committee members shall not be compensated for their services. Regular <br /> attendance is expected at all Task Force meetings. <br /> <br />Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 1, 1994, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATrF~T: <br /> <br /> Pegg~/~.. ~/zi~ro, C~ Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
