Resolution No. 94-12 <br /> <br />Section ~: AppOintment. Each Veterans organization shall select a member to serve <br /> as its official representative on the Commission. Each organization may <br /> approve an alternate to serve in the absence of an appointed member. <br /> <br />Section 4: Duties: Meetings: Reports. The Commission shall advise the Department <br /> of Parks and Community Services and/or the City Council on matters <br /> related to the maintenance, upkeep, scheduling and use of the Veterans' <br /> Memorial Building as it affects official Veteran organization use. The <br /> Commission shall meet quarte~y to consider those issues put to it by the <br /> City and to raise issues of concern to the organizations the members <br /> represent. In addition, special meetings may be called by the Secretary of <br /> the Commission. Minutes of each Commission meeting shall be maintained <br /> and available for review by the City Council or the Alameda County Board <br /> of Supervisors review. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 1, 1994 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ., <br /> <br /> ATI'EST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS/~~[~~ TO <br /> <br />Michael H.
