CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-08 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION A1VIENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br /> (MASTER FEE RESOLUTION) TO PROVIDE FOR <br /> REVISIONS IN WATER RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal services for which fees and <br /> charges have been established and compiled in Resolution No. 92-100; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 18, 1994, the City Council received a study prepared <br /> by Hilton, Farnkopf and Hobson, Utility Management Consultants and a report <br /> by the Director of Finance, recommending that water rates and charges structure <br /> be revised in order to meet necessary expenses incurred by the City in providing <br /> these services. <br /> <br />NOW, Tt-IEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 92-100 is hereby amended by amending Article IX of the Fees <br /> and Charges Appendix of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, said Article IX to read <br /> as set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 18, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, and Scribner <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: 2 <br /> <br /> PeggyS{.,:/-EZ~iSo, Citg/Clerk <br />APPROVED AS ~~/C <br />Michael H.
