Resolution No. 94-07 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 14, 1993, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 93-147, a <br /> resolution of intention to order amendments to improvements in the North <br /> Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1 and amending the assessment roll; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of such proceeding was published and was sent to all property owners, <br /> both as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 18, 1994, the City Council held a public hearing on this matter at <br /> which time the Council considered all written and oral comments. <br /> <br />NOW, TI-IF~REFORB, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RF~OLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council overrules all protests. <br /> <br />Section 2: In addition to the improvements previously ordered for the NPID #1, the City <br /> Council orders the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal <br /> Improvement Act of 1913: A traffic light signal and necessary appurtenances at <br /> the intersection of Chabot and Stoneridge Drives, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Council amends the assessment roll for said District in order to fund this <br /> project as provided in the attached. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HI~I-D ON JANUARY 18, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pie, o, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg}(/Lo'. t~zfdro, ~ity Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
