CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-05 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AlPROVING REVISION TO CITY COUNCIL <br /> RULES AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meetings of December 14, 1993, the City Council discussed various changes <br /> to the Rules and Operating Procedures established for the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council made proposed revisions to its Rules and Procedures on December 14, <br /> 1993, subject to the Council confirming thos~ changes at its next meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, Council adopted the revisions in final form and substance on January 4, 1994. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.: Adopts revisions to the Rules and Operating Procedures for the City Council, a <br /> copy of which are attached hereto and incorporated heroin by this reference, as <br /> well as any other non-substantive changes to the Rules in order to make such <br /> Rules internally consistent. <br /> <br /> ~.$_~f~Q.DJ: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 4, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Sc~ibner, and Mayor Taxver <br /> NOES: Councilmember Pico <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
