48. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, Cable television, <br /> and any required alarm systems shall be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br /> unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer or Director of Building <br /> Inspection for on-site. <br /> <br /> 49. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />- _ property shall be repaired to the satisfactionof the City Engineer at full expense to <br /> the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if <br /> deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 50. The developer' s contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City <br /> Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br /> 51. The developer shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain run-off ordinance. <br /> <br /> 52. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible <br /> from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> Tenant spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br /> 53. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br /> 20.24 of the Pleasanton Munlcipai Code). <br /> <br /> 54. The site shall be kept free of fu:e hazards from the start of construction to final <br /> inspection. <br /> <br /> 55. Approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the <br /> approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 56. The fire hydrant proposed at the northwest ~orner of the site, near the T.B.O., shall <br /> be relocated to the landscaped island closest to the T.B.O. <br /> <br /> 57. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsmrs with an individual capacity of <br /> 1.5 cubic yards located within five feet of combustible walls, openings, or <br /> combustible roof caves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> <br /> 58. The developer shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface roads, <br /> fire hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be <br /> installed and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate <br /> methods of protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be <br /> waived or modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be <br /> submitted, in writing, to the Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection <br /> methods shall not start without the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> B-11 <br /> <br /> <br />
