CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-144 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br /> (MASTER FEE RESOLUTION) TO PROVIDE FOR <br /> REVISIONS IN WATER RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal services for which fees and <br /> charges have been established and compiled in Resolution No. 92-100; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 5, 1995, the City Council received a report from the <br /> Director of Finance (SR 95:423), recommending that the water rates and charges <br /> structure be revised in order to met necessary expenses incurred by the City in <br /> providing these services. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Resolution No. 92-100 is hereby amended by mending Section IX, Water Rates, <br /> Fees and Charges, to read as set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section2_: This resolution shall become effective on January 11, 1996, the effective date of <br /> Ordinance No. 1671. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> AMEETING HELD ON DECEMBEK 5, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Molar <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ~Si r , ~ty t <br /> <br /> Michael H.
