CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOKNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-141 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM <br /> SUPPLEMENT NO. 044 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. <br /> 04-5101 FOR ARROYO TRAILS PROJECT, PROJECT <br /> NO. 935027 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement for the Federal-Aid <br /> Program with the State of California on August 23, 1977 pursuant to the <br /> Federal Highway Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant has received approval of pro-rata State share funding <br /> available from the Federal Transportation Enhancement Activities (TEA) <br /> adopted by the Metropolitan Tran-qportation Commission (lVlTC) for the <br /> Arroyo Trails Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to obtain the approved State share the State requires execution of the <br /> Program Supplement No. 044 to Local Agency-State Agreement for Federal <br /> Aid Projects No. 04-5101; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section l: The City Council approves the Program Supplement No. 044 to Local <br /> Agency-State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. 04-5101 for the <br /> Arroyo Trails Project, Project No. 935027. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above-described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
