CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-128 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISII1NG TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR <br /> CITY STREETS) TO ESTABLISH A THREE-WAY <br /> STOP AT WOODTHRUSH DRIVE AND SKYLARK <br /> WAY (WEST) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A <br /> Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations fro City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to'time mended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 7, 1995, the City Council received and <br /> discussed a report from the Director of Public Works (SR 95:356) related to <br /> a request to install a three-way stop at the intersection of Woodthrush Drive <br /> and Skylark Way west; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to mend Resolution No. 76-79 to add <br /> subsections 3w-2(e) and 3s-25 to Section 3 (Stop Intersections). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for <br /> City Streets) is hereby mended by adding subsections 3w-2(e) and 3s-25 to <br /> Section 3 as follows: <br /> <br /> 3w-2(e) Woodthrush Drive, at Skylark Way west; stopping traffic in <br /> both directions on Woodthrush Drive. <br /> <br /> 3s-25 Skylark Way west, at Woodthrush Drive; stopping traffic on <br /> Skylark Way west. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
