CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-123 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ~ APPLICATION OF NEW <br /> CITIES DEVELOPMENT GROUP FOR A LAND <br /> EXCHANGE WITH THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 17, 1995, the City Council reviewed an application from <br /> New Cities Development Group to exchange with the City of Pleasanton certain <br /> land near Hartsen Park; and <br /> <br />WHF~REAS, the Planning Commission considered the proposed land exchange and made a <br /> favorable recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it is in the public interest to approve the <br /> proposed land exchange; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves a land exchange with the New Cities Development <br /> Group by which the City of Pleasanton will exchange certain real property, as <br /> described on the attached Exhibit A, with the New Cities Development Group, in <br /> exchange for certain real property, as described on the attached Exhibit B, owned <br /> by the New Cities Development. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby accepts the real property as described in the attached <br /> Exhibit B, when the property is conveyed/transferred to the City. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shah become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
