CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-121 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF NEW <br /> CITIES DEVELOPMENT GROUP FOR A GENERAL <br /> PLAN AMENDMENT AND PUD REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE GPA-95-01/PUD-95-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 17, 1995, the City Council received a proposed <br /> negative declaration for the application of New Cities Development Group <br /> for an amendment to the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan <br /> from Community Facilities - Schools to Medium Density Residential, and <br /> for rezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density <br /> Residential) District and development plan approval to construct 34 single <br /> family homes on approximately 7.57 acres located at 5701 Black Avenue; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 11, <br /> 1995 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given <br /> the opportuniW to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
