Resolution No. 95-116 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> 2. A line of succession of officials (minimum of three persons) who are <br /> empowered to represent the City of Pleasanton to the Operational <br /> Area Emergency Management Organization. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Manager shall provide these two lists to the Alameda County <br /> Operational Area Emergency Management Organization within thirty (30) <br /> days of adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 1995 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg3gL~.
