CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-103 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S <br />_. REPORT AND LEVYING THE 1995/96 ASSESSMENT <br /> FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE <br /> DISTRICT 1995-2, LAGUNA OAKS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> September 5, 1995 on the question of the levy of the proposed annual <br /> assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-2, <br /> Laguna Oaks; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Council hereby levies the 1995/96 annual assessments in <br /> connection with the Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1995-2, <br /> Laguna Oaks, as described in the Engineer's Report. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1995 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
