CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-112 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br /> STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTIONS 3 AND 6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A <br /> Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 3, 1995, the City Council received and discussed <br /> reports (SR 95:326, SR 95:328, and SR 95:329) from the Director of <br /> Public Works regarding parking prohibitions and stop signs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to amend <br /> Sections 3 (Stop Intersections) and 6 (No Parking Zones). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SeCtion 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for <br /> City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections: <br /> <br /> "3c-22 Cameron Avenue, at Kamp Drive; stopping traffic on <br /> Cameron Avenue. <br /> <br /> 3p-2 Palmer Drive, at Cameron Avenue; stopping traffic on Palmer <br /> Drive in both directions. <br /> <br /> 6o-10 Old Foothill Road, at the Adobe from the southerly cul-de-sac <br /> to a point 1,500 feet north between the hours of 10:00 p.m. <br /> and 6:00 a.m." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
