CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-105 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE <br /> SCItEDULE TO DELETE THE FISH AND GAME FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Master Fee Schedule effective July 18, 1992; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 19, 1995, the City Council reviewed a staff <br /> report (SR 95:300) from the City Clerk regarding deleting the Fish and <br /> Game Fees for environmental reviews. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~: The City Council amends the Master Fee Schedule, at Section II (Planning <br /> Department) C (Environmental Fees) to remove all AB 3158 Fish and <br /> Game fees. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 19, 1995 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> pe~ggycL .v ~drE~'o ,~' <br /> I k <br /> <br /> Michael H.
