CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-104 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br /> STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A <br /> Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 19, 1995, the City Council received and <br /> discussed a report (SR 95:307) from the Director of Public Works to <br /> prohibit the parking of vehicles in excess of 20 feet on Franklin Drive <br /> between the intersection of Franklin Drive and Johnson Drive and 800 feet <br /> west of Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add <br /> subsection 12f-8. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolutidn Establishing Traffic Regulations for <br /> City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 12f-8 to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "12f-8 Franklin Drive, between Johnson Drive and 800 feet west of <br /> Johnson Drive." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
