ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> MOLLER RANCH LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> 1995-1 <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Greiner, Inc., Engineer of Work for Moller Ranch Lighting and Landscape <br />Maintenance District 1995-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this <br />report, as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this report are briefly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, <br /> fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, <br /> irrigation systems, trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas, and <br /> the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, together with all <br /> appurtenances and incidental expenses within Tract 6618, City of Pleasanton. <br /> Together with any and all incidental expenses in connection therewith all as more <br /> particularly authorized pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> This report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City <br /> Clerk. Although separately bound. the plans and specifications are a part of this report <br /> and are included in it by reference. <br /> <br /> PART B - An estimate of the cost of the improvement. <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each <br /> benefited parcel of land within the assessment district. <br /> PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined <br /> the amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br /> <br />
