CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br /> (MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) RELATING TO SECTION <br /> VI, HRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Master Fee Schedule contains various fees and charges related to <br /> hazardous materials; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented a report (SR 95:258) to the City Council at its regularly <br /> scheduled meeting on August 15, 1995, regarding recommended <br /> amendments to the fee schedule. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section VI of the Master Fee Schedule relating to the Fire Department is <br /> hereby amended as set forth on Attachment A, incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 15, 1995 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggydl~./qli2fi/dr~, Cit~Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
