CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 95-95 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 95-1, FOO~L ROAD (1VIOLLER PARK FRONTAGE) WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 95-66, a public heating was set for August 15, 1995 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Pleasanton, California, to ascertain whether the public necessity, health, safety, or welfare requires the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric communication, or similar or associated service, within that certain area of the City described as the Moller Park frontage along Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, notice of such heating has been given to all affected property owners as shown on the last equalized assessment roll and utilities concerned in the manner and for the time required by law; and WHEREAS, such heating has been duly and regularly held, and all persons interested have been given an opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines that the public necessity, health, safety, and welfare requires the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, or similar or associated service along the Moller Park frontage on Foothill Road, such described area is hereby established as Underground Utility District No. 95-1, and such area is shown on the attached Exhibit "A", which is hereby incorporated as part of this resolution, delineating the boundaries of said District. Section 2: The City Council hereby makes the following further findings with regard to Underground Utility District No. 95-1:
