CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND <br /> UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 95-1, FOO~L ROAD <br /> (1VIOLLER PARK FRONTAGE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 95-66, a public heating was set for August 15, 1995 at <br /> the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Pleasanton, California, to <br /> ascertain whether the public necessity, health, safety, or welfare requires <br /> the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures, <br /> and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric <br /> communication, or similar or associated service, within that certain area of <br /> the City described as the Moller Park frontage along Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of such heating has been given to all affected property owners as <br /> shown on the last equalized assessment roll and utilities concerned in the <br /> manner and for the time required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such heating has been duly and regularly held, and all persons interested <br /> have been given an opportunity to be heard; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines that the public necessity, <br /> health, safety, and welfare requires the removal of poles, overhead wires <br /> and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and <br /> facilities for supplying electric, communication, or similar or associated <br /> service along the Moller Park frontage on Foothill Road, such described <br /> area is hereby established as Underground Utility District No. 95-1, and <br /> such area is shown on the attached Exhibit "A", which is hereby <br /> incorporated as part of this resolution, delineating the boundaries of said <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby makes the following further findings with regard <br /> to Underground Utility District No. 95-1: <br /> <br /> <br />
