CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 95-89 RESOLUTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE FORMATION OF LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1995-2, LAGUNA OAKS (pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of .. 1972) NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council proposes to form an assessment district pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting act of 1972 (Section 22500 and following, Streets and Highways Code) for the purpose of the following improvements (hereinafter "Improvements "): The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped and open space areas, entry features, entry lighting, masonry soundwalls, wrought iron fences, common area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and planrings in designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, street lights and pathway lighting, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6266, City of Pleasanton. Section 2: The proposed assessment district shall be designated Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-2, Laguna Oaks, Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, and shall include the land shown on the map designated "Assessment Diagram, Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-2, Laguna Oaks, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California", which map is on file with the City Clerk and is hereby approved. Section 3: dk Associates, Inc. is hereby designated engineer for the purpose of these formation proceedings and the City Council hereby directs the engineer to prepare and file with the City Clerk a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
