CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-85 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING HUMAN SERVICES <br /> COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Melanie Bentley, Christine Steiner and Dorene Paradiso were appointed to the <br /> Human Services Commission, which terms expired on May 20, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in <br /> serving on the Human Services Commission and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Melanie Bentley is hereby reappointed to a second term as regular member of the <br /> Human Services Commission , which term expires on May 20, 1999, or until <br /> such time as she is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: Dorene Paradiso is moved from alternate to serve as a regular member of the <br /> Human Services Commission, which term expires on May 20, 1999, or until such <br /> time as she is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: Patricia Lane is appointed as alternate member of the Human Services <br /> Commission, which term expires on May 20, 1999, or until such time as she is <br /> replaced. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 7, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> PeggycLfJE~di"o, Cit~f/Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM://L~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
