CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-82 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TIlE APPLICATION OF <br /> BRITANNIA DEVELOPMENTS FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br /> APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT AN OFFICE/SERVICE <br /> BUILDING, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-58D <br /> <br />" WHEREAS, Britannia Developments has applied for'~UD plan approval to allow the <br />' construction of a one-story, 69,500 square foot office/industrial flex use <br /> building on a 5.95 acre parcel (a portion of Lot 10A) located at 5720 <br /> Stoneridge Drive, within the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br /> (Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the environmental impact report <br /> prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the Hacienda Business <br /> Park; therefore, no additional environmental documentation was prepared <br /> for this project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval <br /> of the proposed design review; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 1, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the project is consistent with the governing <br /> Hacienda Business Park PUD and Design Guidelines. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the application of Britannia Developments for PUD plan approval <br /> to allow the construction of a one-story, 69,500 square foot office/industrial <br /> flex use building on a 5.95 acre parcel (a portion of Lot 10A) located at <br /> 5720 Stoneridge Drive, within the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the <br /> conditions listed in Exhibit "B" , attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
