A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on each of <br /> the sanitary sewer laterals from the building, unless <br /> otherwise waived by the Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />57. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicants shall <br /> pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water <br /> meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation meters. <br /> Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD <br /> sewer permit fee. <br /> <br />58. All retaining walls higher than four feet from the top of the <br /> wall to the bottom of the footway shall be constructed of <br /> reinforced concrete or shall be an approved crib wall type. <br /> Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall <br /> accompany the wall plans. <br /> <br />59. The applicants shall submit two copies of the site soils <br /> report to the Director of Building Inspection. If necessary, <br /> a third party peer review shall be completed at the <br /> applicants' expense prior to issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />60. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building <br /> Department on computer disk in a format approved by the <br /> Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br /> requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built <br /> situs and architectural information as approved by the <br /> Director. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />61. Fire alarm and detection systems are required subject to the <br /> review and approval by the Fire Chief. Detailed plans showing <br /> the facility layout, including ceiling heights, office areas, <br /> storage plans and heights, etc. shall be submitted by the <br /> applicant to the Fire Chief prior to installation of said <br /> systems. <br /> <br />62. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so <br /> as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br /> driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br /> spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />63. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br /> Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />64. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br /> construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />65. The applicants shall ensure that fire protection facilities, <br /> including all surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply <br /> <br /> <br />
