CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-76 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br /> STREETS) TO ESTABLISH A TWO-WAY STOP AT <br /> ALVORD WAY/DENKER DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A <br /> Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 18, 1995, the City Council received a report <br /> (SR 95:221) from the Director of Public Works related to establishment of <br /> a stop sign on Alvord Way at its intersection with Denker Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined that it would be appropriate to add a stop sign at that <br /> location. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for <br /> City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 3a-8 as follows: <br /> <br /> 3a-8 Alvord Way, at Denker Drive, stopping traffic on Alvord Way in <br /> both directions. <br /> <br /> <br />
