CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-72 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OPENING MIRADOR DRIVE TO <br /> BERNAL AVENUE AND ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC <br /> REGULATIONS RELATED THERETO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 27, 1995, the City Council received and discussed a <br /> report (SR 95:219) from the Director of Public Works regarding the status <br /> of Mirador Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held to discuss various options regarding this sweet. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Pursuant to the recommendations of the General Plan Steering Committee, <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for <br /> City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections to <br /> Section 3 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "3d-12 Del Sol Avenue, at Mirador Drive, stopping traffic on Del Sol <br /> Avenue <br /> <br /> 3m-11 Neal Street, at Mirador Drive, stopping traffic on Neat Street. <br /> <br /> 3n-8 Mirador Drive, at Neat Street/Neal Place, stopping traffic on <br /> Mirador Drive. <br /> <br /> Section 2: When the public improvements for the Bonde Ranch Subdivision are <br /> accepted, Mirador Drive at Bernal Avenue will be open to the public; <br /> provided, however, that no left turn shall be permitted from Bernal Avenue <br /> to Miradot Drive nor from Mirador Drive to Bernal Avenue; and a barrier, <br /> as approved by the Traffic Engineer, shall be placed so as to prohibit <br /> motorists from making such turns. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
