CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-59 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL (AP-95-4) <br /> THEREBY UPHOLDING THE APPROVAL OF TI~ <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR OF TIIE APPLICATION <br /> OF STANDARD PACIFIC OF NORTHERN <br /> CALIFORNIA FOR A MINOR MODIFICATION OF <br /> THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br /> REQUIREMENTS FOR "VILLAGE ONE" OF TI-IE <br /> CtI/CHOI/GAHRAH/V/AT DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE PUD-92-4-1M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the zoning Administrator approved Case PUD-92-4-1M, the application of <br /> Standard Pacific of Northern California for minor modifications of the <br /> approved development plan and requirements for "Village One" of the <br /> Chu/Choi/Gahrahmat development located on the southerly side of the <br /> Arroyo Mocho Canal, the north side of the northernmost terminus of <br /> Martin Avenue, and the easternmost terminus of Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR, MDR, <br /> and P/I (Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, and <br /> Public/Institutional) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the City <br /> Council of Pleasanton appealed the decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 6, <br /> 1995, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed PUD minor modification is covered by the Environmental <br /> Impact Report prepared for and approved with the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan; therefore, no separate environmental document was prepared <br /> for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that given the overall site constraints, the <br /> proposed modifications will provide an overall high level of design quality. <br /> <br /> <br />
