CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-56 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-1, WINDSOR <br /> (PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING <br /> ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Lighting <br /> and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-1, Windsor, during fiscal year <br /> 1995-96. The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of <br /> Pleasanton, Alameda County. <br /> <br />Section 2: The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> Maintenance of the masonry walls, trees, shrubbery, groundcover, and <br /> irrigation systems situated on the northeast side of Tapestry Way and <br /> Minton Court, Lot A in the northwest corner of the subdivision and also <br /> Lot C in the southwest corner of the subdivision. <br /> <br />Section 3: In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual <br /> report, Randall A. Lum, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk <br /> the report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All <br /> interested persons are referred to that report for a full and detailed <br /> description of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessments upon <br /> assessable lots and parcels of land within the assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4: On Tuesday, the 20th day of June 1995, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., the City <br /> Council will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the <br /> proposed annual assessment. The hearing will be located in the City <br /> Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 5: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice of heating <br /> required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />
