Resolution No. 95-51 Page 2 1. The septic tank system shall serve solely a single-family residence and shall not be used for any other commercial or residential use which may be allowed by the zoning regulations governing the site. 2. Prior to the installation, the septic tank system shall be approved by the Alameda County Health Officer; all regulations and conditions required by the Alameda County Health Officer shall become conditions of this approval and shall be met prior to operation of the septic tank system and shall be continuously met during the life of the system. 3. The applicant and any successor in interest shall connect the residence to the City's sanitary sewer main when a City sewer main is installed within 200 feet of the Nelson property. At the time connection to the City's sanitary seer main is made the septic tank and leach field shall be prope~y removed from service. 4. The applicant shall execute a recordable document, satisfactory to the City Attorney, which contains the terms and conditions of this septic tank system approval prior to installation of said system. 5. The applicant or successor in interest shall prope~y repair, as necessary, any failure of the septic tank and leach field system. 6. Any wastes which are prohibited to be disposed of into the City' s sewage system by Section 15.28.010 et seq. of the City of Pleasanton Municipal Code shall not be disposed in the septic tank system. 7. A permit for the installation of the septic tank system shall not be issued until three months after a building permit for the construction of the residence has been issued or September 30, 1995, whichever occurs first. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
