Resolution No. 95-51 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> 1. The septic tank system shall serve solely a single-family residence <br /> and shall not be used for any other commercial or residential use <br /> which may be allowed by the zoning regulations governing the site. <br /> <br /> 2. Prior to the installation, the septic tank system shall be approved by <br /> the Alameda County Health Officer; all regulations and conditions <br /> required by the Alameda County Health Officer shall become <br /> conditions of this approval and shall be met prior to operation of the <br /> septic tank system and shall be continuously met during the life of <br /> the system. <br /> <br /> 3. The applicant and any successor in interest shall connect the <br /> residence to the City's sanitary sewer main when a City sewer main <br /> is installed within 200 feet of the Nelson property. At the time <br /> connection to the City's sanitary seer main is made the septic tank <br /> and leach field shall be prope~y removed from service. <br /> <br /> 4. The applicant shall execute a recordable document, satisfactory to the <br /> City Attorney, which contains the terms and conditions of this septic <br /> tank system approval prior to installation of said system. <br /> <br /> 5. The applicant or successor in interest shall prope~y repair, as <br /> necessary, any failure of the septic tank and leach field system. <br /> <br /> 6. Any wastes which are prohibited to be disposed of into the City' s <br /> sewage system by Section 15.28.010 et seq. of the City of <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code shall not be disposed in the septic tank <br /> system. <br /> <br /> 7. A permit for the installation of the septic tank system shall not be <br /> issued until three months after a building permit for the construction <br /> of the residence has been issued or September 30, 1995, whichever <br /> occurs first. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
