CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-47 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TIIE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN, AND TI-IE CITY CLERK TO RECORD, A <br /> RECISION DOCUMENT RESCINDING SIX <br /> AGREEMENTS CONCERNING PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF TRENERY DRIVE <br /> WHEN TIIE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 6596 IS FILED <br /> OF RECORD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 16, 1995, the City Council received the report of the <br /> Director of Public Works (SR 95:151) regarding a request to rescind six <br /> agreements concerning public services along the north side of Trenery <br /> Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, when the final map for Tract 6596, Walnut Glen Estates, is filed of record, <br /> there will no longer be the need for these agreements to be of record <br /> because the improvements contemplated thereby will be constructed as part <br /> of the public improvements for Tract 6596. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the City Manager to sign, and the City Clerk to record, a <br /> Rescission Document rescinding six agreements identified on the attached <br /> Exhibit 1, concerning public services along the north side of Trenery Drive, <br /> said Rescission Document to be recorded when the final map for Tract 6596 <br /> is filed of record. <br /> <br /> <br />
