CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-41 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING INVESTMENT POLICIES <br /> AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 18, 1995, the Director of Financ~ presented a report <br /> (SR 95:119) describing the investment policies and guidelines used by the <br /> staff of the City of Plcasanton, as outlined in Section 53600 of the <br /> California Government Code and required by AB 1083, Chapter 1226, 1984 <br /> Statutes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the Investment Policies and Guidelines, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 18, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michdotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggyc/I.,.(/l~id~o, CityfClerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
