-- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-40 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING DIRECTORS FOR THE <br /> TRI-VALLEY COMMUNITY TELEVISION CORPORATION <br /> (CTV) BOARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the terms of Charlotte Severin and Linda Lucas as members of the Board of <br /> Directors of the Tri-Valley Community Television Corporation (CTV) Board have <br /> expired; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in <br /> sewing on the Board of Directors for CTV; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Linda Lucas and Sandra Ryan are hereby appointed as members of the Board of <br /> Directors of the Tri-Valley Community Television Corporation (CTV). <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 4, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> AT'FEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy/4_,/a(/F~dr6, Cit(d:/Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
